Hi, I'm Ashley

Welcome to my small corner of the internet. I hope you come and take a little bit, while leaving a little more. I'm a single working mamma of a beautiful little boy who keeps me on my toes and leaves me feeling slightly out ofWelcome control but loved nonetheless. We cook without cleaning immediately, run around out back with no shoes on and eat more than we should around here, unapologetically.

I didn't get the memo that we shouldn't do it all, so that's exactly what I used to spend my days trying to do. I got burned out and overwhelmed, so here is the change. I'm 'In My Prepared Era', and I'm never looking back. It's my goal to do a little bit today to ensure tomorrow runs that much smoother.

I'm here to show some of the tricks that have helped me, while trying to learn more tricks that will help me. I enjoy cooking and cleaning while blasting HER or Summer Walker. I work every day to be a better mother to my little boy, because if love were enough he would have the perfect life.
